Bürgerbegehren nach § 21 Absatz 3 der baden-württembergischen Gemeindeordnung vorbereiten, um einen Bürgerentscheid zu folgender Fragestellung zu erreichen:
„Sind Sie dafür, den am xx.xx.xxxx gefassten Gemeinderatsbeschluss zur Aufstellung des Bebauungsplans Wehräcker II aufzuheben?“.
Der Beschluss wurde für den 11.12.2018 von der Agenda der Gemeinderatssitzung genommen und durch Informationen über dieses Bebauungsvorhaben durch den Bürgermeister ersetzt. Die Bürgerinitiative wird zahlreich bei dieser Gemeinderatssitzung anwesend sein und die Informationen mit Interesse verfolgen. Sobald der Beschluss wieder auf der Agenda steht, wird das Bürgerbegehren in Gang gesetzt. Bis dahin heißt es fleißig weiter informieren!
Für den Erfolg des Bürgerbegehrens benötigen wir 263 Unterschriften von bei der Bürgermeisterwahl wahlberechtigten Bürgern von Abstatt und Happenbach. Wir wollen dem Bürgermeisteramt und dem Gemeinderat zeigen, dass direkte Demokratie auch in Abstatt ein legitimer Ausdruck des Bürgerwillens ist und als solcher auch respektiert werden muss.

After I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service? Kudos!
